Condition made clearer

Quality & Grading

A practical framework for describing garment condition consistently—not a substitute for lot-specific inspection notes.

Our planned grading guide

Grade A

Very good presentation. Expected to be clean and sale-ready in appearance, with little or no visible handling wear.

Grade B

Good usable condition. May show minor cosmetic variation, handling marks or small correctable issues.

Grade C / Clearance

Noticeable issues or repair potential. Intended only where limitations are clearly stated for the specific lot.

What inspection is intended to cover

  • Visible stains or marks
  • Tears, holes and seam issues
  • Buttons, zips and fastenings
  • Print or colour variation
  • Label and tag condition
  • Size and style mix
  • Packaging condition
  • General presentation

Important grading notes

  • Grades describe an overall lot standard; mixed lots may contain reasonable variation.
  • Lot-specific notes take priority over this general guide.
  • Lighting, photography and screens can affect how colours and small marks appear.
  • Final verification details will be added only when real inventory is available.

Pre-launch notice: The grading system is provisional and may be refined before commercial operations begin.
